Hi Torben, Elisa,
this is actually very well possible in an easier way, using VBM8. One of
the main reasons why you may want to use that functionality is to
perform segmentation on data that does not conform with the assumptions
in the priors, such as MRI data from elderly adults, lesioned brains, or
(I do not get tired of mentioning this :) children.
