Hi John,
Can I ask where the photo studio is in the list, is it part of the back office list? I ask as you mentioned the media production team. In many ways the photo studio is the first part of the chain, without their images the Tate website would be mostly white space, and it's not just object photography they provide.
Best regards

Hi Corey
Here's us at Tate:
- Head of Digital Transformation [me]
-- Digital Production Lead
--- Digital Producer (Website)
---- Digital Editor
---- Assistant Digital Editor
-- Digital Producer
--- Digital UX Designer
-- Digital Analyst
-- Senior Digital Producer (Cross-Platform)
--- Tate Kids Producer
--- Tate Collectives Producer
-- Lead Developer and Web Architect
--- Front End Developer
--- Drupal Developer
I also have two people with "dotted" management reporting:
-- Digital Communications Manager
-- Blog Editor
Also worth noting that there is:
1) a media production team alongside us that does video production and other stuff
2) our back office systems (DAM, collection mgmt system, etc.) are all managed by a separate Information Systems dept
3) there are digitally focused roles in a number of other departments that we work closely with and which are symptoms of digital becoming embedded across the organisation and normalised in our activity (though we have a long way to go on this).
