I don't know for certain. My first thought is that it wouldn't make sense; however, someone who knows a lot more than I do should comment.

Sounds interesting. I was hoping to remove single slices from some volumes rather than the entire volume? Would this make sense, or do I need absolutely to "kill" the entire volume containing the bad slice?

I have some DTI data with random collapsed slices. I have marked these slices for every subject. Is there a way to exclude them from DTI analysis (bedpostx, probtrackx, dtifit, etc).
