Dear Experts,
I have a question regarding TBSS processing. I have two groups, each was scanned twice. When I start the TBSS processing, I put them all together to run.
However when I need to run t-tests, I chose to split the all_FA_skeletonised.nii.gz into separate files, and then later merged each group:control pre with control post, patient pre with patient post.
I ran fsl split and merge all with the -t option.
Two questions:
1. Does the -t option split the file according to their original sequence? i.e. I check with imglob command, my sequence is control post sub1 control post sub2..control pre sub1 control pre sub2..
So after the split, will vol0000 be control post sub1, and vol0001 be control post sub2 and so on?
Does the fslmerge also follow the same sequence?
2. Is it ok to do it this way? Split the files and merge to run separate analysis using different design files?
Thanks in advance,
Catherine
