You can put it anywhere you want, as long as it's in your search path. Ideally you should have some directory for all of your personal scripts, or local lab scripts, or any random scripts you've downloaded.

I have some DTI data with random collapsed slices. I have marked these slices for every subject. Is there a way to exclude them from DTI analysis (bedpostx, probtrackx, dtifit, etc).
