Hi,
I'm afraid it isn't quite that easy, as I believe that the SPM and FSL standard images have different FOVs. That means that you cannot overlay them in FSLView directly. However, you can resample one to the other (or any image that is in one of those spaces) by doing:
flirt -in input_mni_image -ref target_mni_image -applyxfm -usesqform -out resampled_input
where input_mni_image could be the VBA result (spmT_0001) and target_mni_image could be your TBSS result (tbss_tstat1). It doesn't matter what the image shows for this command, only that the coordinate information is present in the image (which it should be). The output image (resampled_input in the above example) can be overlayed in FSLView with the target_mni_image (or any other image in that space - so if target_mni_image was tbss_tstat1, then any MNI image of the same resolution from FSL could also be loaded in FSLView too).
All the best,
Mark
