Lancaster's result is a CE in limbo (abaddon.hec)- it's currently off
and awaiting removal from the gocdb pending making sure all its work was
accountted for and a brief decommissioning ticket.
Although saying that before it was switched off it was updated to a
SHA-2 compliant version and is currently in downtime, so by all rights
it shouldn't really be there.
