I've got 2 more questions that I'd love your input on. They're multiple 
choice so should only take about 2 seconds to answer!

1. When you're creating a new record, how much of it do you usually fill in?

(a) a few fields
(b) lots of fields but less than half
(c) about half the fields
(d) more than half the fields

2. When you go to edit an existing record, how much of it do you usually 
edit?

(a) a few fields
(b) lots of fields but less than half
(c) about half the fields
