Perry - from my time at SciM the biggest issue was gallery network access - but that was 6 years ago and hopefully stuff has improved since then. I think (without giving it much thought..) that I’d maybe have a version on-gallery which synced with the web one, thus helping to mitigate any off-line-ness. I’ve looked quite a lot at cache manifest / local storage - or maybe just run a MySQL instance on the kiosk machine itself…or whatever.
