I can give a partial picture for Wikimedia sites, as of August this year we
are <http://reportcard.wmflabs.org/> approaching 24 billion page views per
month of which 4 billion are from mobile. However I doubt that includes
Wikipedia Zero, a scheme by which free Wikipedia access is bundled in with
mobile contracts in some countries in the global south.
Also it is likely that some people were using mobiles to access Wikipedia
before the mobile site was created.
