Hi
We've launched the "ArtShaker" app for iPhone/iPad/iPod in October. An app for the creative image editing by applying art-filters (creating effects that remind of art styles of the last two centuries), or small movements to adjust form and colour on all axes, enriched with a lot on information about specific art works, movements, styles and the 27 questions "from the publication "What is Art?". So not exactly a game but might still be interesting for you to look at.

Hello,
You could look towards the work done by BulkyPix. They worked with RMN-Grand Palais in France and Arte. They're editors and devs.
Check Type:Rider, an excellent game (I mean with an original and strong
gameplay) around typography (it's a co-production with Arte, so not exactly a museum but some intentions are similar).
