I can tell you that for Horniman Museum and Gardens site.
Over the last five years (ie 5 Nov 2008 - yesterday), 11% of visits have come from mobile. (If you stretch mobile to include tablets, it's 16%.)
It's a much higher rate currently (c. 20-25% if I remember right).
