Hi Elaine
Yes, we had one last week, but slightly different. Due on the 5th of November, returned on the 7th of October, but renewed on the 14th of November.
They were ever so apologetic about it, though.

Subject: British Library renewals
As anyone had the British Library renew an interlibrary loan weeks after it as been returned due to `a blip in the system'?
An example is a book which was due for return to BL on 4th July and was returned on the 15th July ( which was late) and not renewed on BLDSS until 4th October.
I've just got another renewal on an intray this week where the book was due back at BL on the 12th September and returned on the 15th October (again it was returned late) and renewed on the 19th November.
Regards,
Elaine Wilson
