HighWire have advised us that the access disruption issue to OUP journals was due to a recent upgrade in Shibboleth. Shibboleth have requested all publishers to update their encryption algorithms by the 1st December, and the update to Oxford Journals took place on the weekend of 23rd/24th November. The problem should now be resolved, and any remaining issues may exist on a University-level rather than system-level. In this scenario we request you provide screenshots and URLs of any error messages that you continue to encounter to enable a fuller investigation. Please also ensure you clear your browser cache before trying again in case your browser has retained the old, faulty access details. Please send queries to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced.
