Registration for the LSHTM Workshop on Data Management in Practice is
now open. The half day workshop will take place on Thursday 14th
November at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. A
description of the workshop and registration details is available at
https://datamanagementinpractice.eventbrite.co.uk/
About the Workshop:
It is well recognised that research data has continued value beyond the
original research. However, the re-use of data – your own or someone
else’s - can be problematic. This half-day event will bring together
health practitioners and data management experts to discuss tools and
techniques that can be applied to make data easier to understand,
analyse and use in future research.
Who should attend?
The workshop is relevant to data management experts and health
researchers who wish to learn about the different approaches being taken
by health practitioners to make qualitative and quantitative data
re-usable. It will also provide an opportunity to discuss the practical
challenges that are still to be addressed.

Kind regards,
Gareth
