Dear Colleagues
You are invited to an interactive half-day workshop that focuses on the key principles involved in applying the scientific method to innovation processes. The Lean Startup movement has developed a language and a method for managing the development of new products/services. However, founders and innovators often use terms such as MVP, Pivot or Experiment without fully understanding their implications. The goal for the workshop is to use interactive activities to teach founders and innovators the core principles of that underlie the use of the scientific method within a Lean Startup. Understanding these core principles can really free up innovators to be more creative when designing their experiments and minimum viable products.
