Hello All,
We are putting a "Victorian" kitchen into Sewerby Hall, and I am looking at job roles that will go with it. The Kitchen will be fully working and we plan to install an original solid fuel victorian range. The aim is to have baking and cooking sessions with both adults and children. Basically we need someone to run the kitchen; cooking, H&S responsibility, lighting and shutting down the range and generally maintaining it.
I have been struggling with writing a job description for a cook/education officer/kitchen attendant and just wondered if anybody out there had someone doing a simmilar role in their Museums and would be happy to send me copies of job descriptions, person specifications and pay scales.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Robert
