Hi,
I request that feature last week for analysis. Meanwhile I would suggest
you to use sparky for this. Using the "rm" shortcut and selecting a
region gives you the values you are seeking for.
Here my mail to Wayne:
Hi Wayne,
while getting used to nmr-relax I came across the need for a
"baseplane-RMSD" [1]. This is basically the RMSD for the intensities in
a certain region of the spectrum. sparky has this implement and one
simply needs to define an area by drawing a box and it will calculate
the mean and RMSD.
Do you think it is possible to hack this into analysis?
Thanks
Justin
