Hello,
For those of you on Macs who have migrated to OSX Mavericks, there is one glitch we already know about, to do with multiple screens.
One of the new things in Mavericks is that you can have the menu bar appear on more than just the "home" screen. Unfortunately Apple have managed to knacker X11 applications with their implementation of this feature. If you start up Analysis, for example, the windows don't appear. How convenient is that.
A bug report has been filed with Apple but Apple don't really like X11 so they might ignore this or claim it is all the fault of X11 or claim it is a "feature" rather than a bug.
The work-around unfortunately involves turning off the the menu bar appearing on multiple screens. To do that:
Go to System Preferences.
Click on "Mission Control" (so not "Displays", hey, how obvious is that, they must have hired a Windows 8 designer).
Uncheck the "Displays have separated spaces" option.
It looks like you have to log out and log back in for this to take effect, which is even more irritating because if you run both X11 and normal Apple applications you almost certainly want to toggle this option all the time.
