depending on the purpose of the study you could additionally report some effects of no interest, as this might provide further information about your study. Probably this would mean to look at ageing or sex effects. If you don't find any effects at all, this might point to general problems (too few subjects, too noisy data, ...). But this really depends on the subjects. With a small age range it is unlikely to find any ageing effects for example.
In addition to the whole-brain analysis you could provide some more information for regions for which you had expected differences (if there are any). You could report the mean density / volume for these regions then, possibly including some scatter plots or other appropriate figures.
