Dear FSL experts,
I'm a new to FSLNets and now trying to run it.
After changing the path to FSLNets, L1precision and pwling, and modifying the group_maps and ts_dir variables in nets_examples.m, I changed the name to my_nets.m and tried to run the script, however I have the following error:
>> my_nets
/bin/bash: slices_summary: command not found
Error using imread (line 368)
File "grot.png" does not exist.
Error in nets_pics (line 4)
picgood=imread('grot.png'); figure; imagesc(picgood); axis off; title('good components');
Error in my_nets (line 33)
nets_pics(ts,group_maps); % quick views of the good and bad components
The problem seems that the slices_summary command in the net_pics.m cannot be called from within matlab. Of course I can call this command from the terminal (outside matlab).
I found the same error report on this mailing list but so far I don't find solution.
I've set matlab file path to the following:
/Users/JMmacpro/matlab/pwling
/Users/JMmacpro/matlab/L1precision
/Users/JMmacpro/matlab/FSLNets
/usr/local/fsl5.0.5/fsl/bin
/usr/local/fsl5.0.5/fsl
/usr/local/fsl5.0.5/fsl/etc/matlab
My OS is Mac OS 10.6, FSL5.0.5, Matlab2012b. All the necessary matlab toolboxes are installed. Both FSL and Matlab work normally. I already finished dual regression using this version of FSL.
Any help will be appreciated.
