Hello FSL experts,
OK. So, I have a multi-group design with two conditions (rest vs drug or rest vs placebo drug).
In the first level:
I compared rest vs drug/placebo in each group separately.
In the second level:
I computed the group average while also regressing out the percent change in mood ratings due to drug or placebo (contingent on group). So, EV1 is the group average of my two contrasts ( positive and negative contrasts = rest vs drug/or placebo) and EV2 is the percent change in mood ratings.
In the third level:
I want to compare drug > rest and placebo > rest which is no problem. However, what I am really interested in is directly comparing the brain regions associated with mood changes BETWEEN groups.
I thought it would be as simple as plugging in the cope outputs corresponding to the respective mood regressors as inputs, but FSL hates that.
Again, my real question is: are the brain regions responsible for changing mood for the drug unique to those responsible for changing mood by placebo? Any suggestions on how to pull this off?
Thank you very much for your time.
