I’ve added that custom WAYFless URL format for springer into WUGEN, so WUGEN should now create these in the correct format. If anyone has any problems, let me know - but it just worked for me.

However the problem disappeared before we could run the update, and Springer is working fine for us today. We’re using WAYFless URLs in the format https://fsso.springer.com/federation/init?entityId=[Institutional_IdP_here]&returnUrl=http%3A%2F%2Flink.springer.com if that’s any help to anyone.
