That's another useful list (and potentially useful), but not the same
one. Please don't conflate them.
It is highly desirable for me to know the difference between a VO that
there is a positive desire to decommission, and a VO that might not yet
be approved by the UK, but that wants resources.

I should probably licence it with an appropriate free licence
