Hi all,
I'm having an issue with preprocessing of ANALYZE fMRI images.
Using the 'Display' utility (SPM8 update revision number 5236) they look
flipped (i.e. in the sagittal view, the front of the brain is uncorrectly
displayed on the right side of the image).
Hence, I flipped all of them using the 'Reorient images' option. After
that, they look perfect. The problem is that after normalizing the images,
they still look correctly oriented but their voxel size is -2x2x2.
I tried the preprocessing using both the default value (1) of
spm_flip_analyze_images and 0 but resulting normalized images still have
that voxel size.
I was wondering how to fix it.
On a related note, I noticed also that EPI.nii image in the SPM
'templates' folder has -2x2x2 as voxel size. Is that normal?
Thanks for any help!
Best,
Fabrizio
