Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] menopause and sickness absence
Morning all,
Having just seen my 3rd employee today, who has been referred for short term
sickness absence relating to menopause symptoms?
I was wondering how others advise management regarding monitoring. Is
menopause a valid underlying medical condition??
regards
Jacqui
