Hey Tony - nice looking plugin but pretty pricy.
The route we've taken is to build clients a dynamic newsletter builder within the WP dashboard.
Admins can then build their newsletters using all the assets / text / links within their site:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86488/miscbits/newsletter-editor.png
..and then preview it:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86488/miscbits/newsletter-preview.png
..when they're ready to send they then just publish the page (added advantage of the site itself having a web version of the newsletter), go to MailChimp and use the "Import URL" option.
