Hi Julia.
I can't remember how much I've banged this particular drum of mine here on the list (I know I've flogged Twitter to death...), but my doctoral thesis is now online and looks in depth at the questions of values, processes, decisions and sustainability around digital products in museums. There are examples in there (though mainly a small number of big case studies) but it also offers a framework to work with that might be helpful when you look at your survey submissions. I'd be interested in your thoughts, but mainly I hope it's useful!

Subject: [MCG] Survey Digital Technology in Exhibition Spaces
Hi
It's all about sharing the love, right?
I just put a survey online to help us understand how (you/us) museums
already use digital technology and what they would like to get out of its
use in the future.
I know we've looked at this...
The difference in this survey is that link those questions to values and
processes in museums, to think about comprehensive ideas how digital
technology can assist across the whole system 'museum' and become a
sustainable, goal oriented, and easily usable tool that makes lives easier.

It would be really great to have your colourful experiences and opinions
enriching the survey!
Please feel free to disseminate the survey in your networks to anybody you
think might want to join the conversation.
The survey will be live until Friday evening. I will then share the
outcomes with all participants.
Best
Julia
