Hi,
It is not necessary to pre-define a minimum cluster extent threshold, as the statistics in randomise associate a p-value with each cluster size, and therefore the threshold is determined from the probability (<0.05 corrected for multiple-comparisons via the clustering) and so this acts as an extent threshold that is determined from the data.
You can use the command "cluster" to find out details about individual cluster statistics (e.g. extent) using the randomise output.
