Dear All,
We have a fantastic opportunity for a structural biologist with cryo-EM experience to join a well-funded, interdisciplinary team on an ERC advanced fellowship award to Professor Sheena Radford at the University of Leeds.
The project is to use cryo-EM, cryo-ET and some super-resolution light microscopy to investigate the interaction of amyloid fibrils with biological membranes.
The successful candidate will be a member of a team with expertise in mass spectrometry, protein biochemistry, cell biology, AFM and much more besides.
Please feel free to contact me informally to discuss the post, which is available immediately, and is for 3 years in the first instance, but with a possibility to extend to 4 or 5 years. Please also forward to suitable students in your labs who may not have seen this!
The job is advertised on the leeds university jobs website (jobs.leeds.ac.uk<http://jobs.leeds.ac.uk>) with the reference number fbsmb0020
KR,
Neil.
