I've been encouraging as many people as possible to respond to this.
You don't have to answer their pointed questions. You can make a submission
on the topics in narrative form. As Joe Oldman from Age UK put it, they are
trying to set up a tiered system which people can opt out of for economic
reasons, or so it seems.
I have attached the briefing I have passed on to older people's forums to
assist them in writing their responses and will be co-ordinating a North
West paper in the coming weeks.
cheers
