Hi,
I have attached a document about colour vision guidelines for OH. I have some other literature but cannot find it at present- file things away in a safe place and then unable to remember where that safe place is!
I have recently completed an Ishihara screen on a guy who has worked for us for 8mths- worked as an electrician for 8years and he failed all test plates- I use the concise edition (14plates). I asked our HV AP for some advice and he recommended a formal assessment/test is completed so we have a piece of paper that says he can do the job which has been done by someone qualified in the trade.
Regards
Terri
