Hello Gill,
I believe the -f option in fsl_regfilt is expecting numbers ( from the usage: )
-f,--filter filter out part of the regression model, e.g. -f "1,2,3"
if noise_com.txt contains numbers you will need to use something like backticks and cat to pass the numbers to the command line.
