Hi Cesar,
Mainfeatreg performs the registrations for FEAT ( as well as some fieldmap related operations ), it is only really intended to be called within the FEAT pipeline, rather than being directly invoked. The calls generated by mainfeatreg are summarised in the registration portion of the report.
