Hello FSL experts,
I have 111 volumes and am discarding the 1st one since a scan precedes our task/stimulation and is not of interest.
I am attempting to do a first level analysis by entering a time series with 110 data points (precursor to a PPI analysis). These settings work for the basic/standard task analysis, but not when I re-run using only this covariate, it tells me that the design matrix does not match the number of scans. I've tried reducing the deleted scans to zero and increasing the time series by adding a 0 at the front but have not been able to resolve the problem.
Any ideas what's going on? Below is the relevant part of the log.
