The problem from within Analysis seems to be because the iCing server has moved (and I think that must have happened a few weeks ago) from Nijmegen to Leicester. Once I get the updated URL (and I can see what it is on the web but that looks a bit temporary) I can fix that.
The other issue is more serious, and would hit you whether or not you submitted via Analysis or via the web. This means that you have (I guess) a 2.3 Analysis project and that Cing has not been updated to accept these. So that needs doing at the iCing end. We will look into that. (You are not the first person to hit this issue but it seems to have fallen down a crack.)
