Hi all,

Just to let list members know this is the last day for the Early Bird Ticket offer for 2013 REMIX Summit at Google on Culture, Technology & Entrepreneurship should you be planning to attend.

If you are not familiar with the event, REMIX has been developed by the team at CultureLabel.com and is the follow-up to the event that I know a number of you attended at the end of last year at Bloomberg.

We are really excited that this year event is taking place on December 3rd - 4th 2013 at the amazing Google Town Hall in the new Google offices in London and is again supported by Bloomberg, The Guardian and Eventbrite.

Please note the capacity of Google Town Hall is limited to just 150. Over 300 people attended the sold out event at Bloomberg so spaces are going to be first come unfortunately. Organisations already attending include National Portrait Gallery, HLF, ACE, Barbican, Design Museum, Royal Opera House, Southbank Centre, National Theatre, Photographer's Gallery, English Heritage, Coutts, Creative Scotland, Historic Royal Palaces, Crafts Council, Associated Press and more.

The Early Bird offer which saves one-third or £150 off conference tickets runs until the end of September or whenever the event sells out (there are only 24 Early Bird tickets left).

Overview - REMIX is the new global summit for culture, entrepreneurship and technology tackling the big ideas shaping the future of the cultural sector. The day is designed to be a forum where creative leaders from different sectors can exchange insights, ideas and work together towards common goals.

Full agenda for the event can be found here - http://www.remixsummit.com (the link also includes videos of some of the sessions last year if you are interested in finding out more about what happened).

The event has been extended to two days with Day 1 being about inspirational talks looking at the ideas that will shape the future of the cultural sector and Day 2 being a series of masterclasses providing a deep dive into a variety of topics and led by industry experts from organisations such as Google and Channel 4.

We are delighted to welcome some amazing speakers including:

· Adam Williams, UK Managing Director, Spotify
· Renaud Visage, Co-Founder, Eventbrite
· Sir Peter Bazelgette, Chair of Arts Council England

Last year, 300 plus delegates attended from organisations such as MoMA, Whitechapel, Serpentine, Secret Cinema, Sotheby’s, CNBC, Arts Council England, BBC, Heritage Lottery Fund, British Council, Tate, V&A, Arts & Business, Courvoisier, University of the Arts, National Galleries of Scotland, Finacial Times, Nottingham Contemporary, Southbank Centre, Royal Tropical Institute, Netherlands, Aldeburgh Productions, ENO, London Transport Museum, English Heritage, National Theatre and many more.

Please do get in touch if you have any ideas or suggestions in relation to the agenda as we will do our best to accommodate these.
