What research tools will researchers using British Library services want
us to offer in 2020?
As part of our longer term strategic planning we are currently
consulting researchers at the BL and with the library and information
profession to get their views on how they anticipate research behaviours
and needs changing over the next 7 years and the emerging technology
which may support and drive these changes.
As part of this exercise we would very much value the input and
perspectives of information professionals at workshops we are holding on
28 and 29 October.
At the workshops, which will be around two hours in duration, we will be
seeking feedback on ideas for new service and product developments from
researchers and professionals representing a diverse range of needs and
perspectives.
We are running this workshop at these dates and times at the British
Library.
* 28 October 2013: 1000-1200
* 29 October 2013: 1000-1200
* 29 October 2013: 1400-1600
Refreshments will be provided.
