I am pleased to announce that the Maney Publishing 2014 price list is now available online.
I am happy to inform you of various new journals, archive extensions and frequency increases for many of our journals – see below for more information.
Maney Publishing will be publishing several new journals for 2014 including: Acta Clinica Belgica: International Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Medicine, CRANIO: The Journal of Craniomandibular & Sleep Practice, DFI Journal – The Journal of the Deep Foundations Institute, Materials at High Temperatures, Midcontinental Journal of Archaeology and Plains Anthropologist.
Maney will also be launching the new title Journal of Community Archaeology & Heritage in 2014.
Journal developments include:
• Cochlear Implants International is increasing from 5 to 6 issues in 2014.
• Competition & Change is increasing from 4 to 5 issues in 2014.
• Corrosion Engineering, Science and Technology is increasing from 7 to 8 issues in 2014, with an archive of 151 back issues of the British Corrosion Journal (1966-2002) to vol.1, and CST (2003-the present).
• Ethnoarchaeology will increase pagination in 2014.
• Hematology is increasing from 6 to 8 issues in 2014.
• The Historic Environment: Policy & Practice is increasing from 2 to 3 issues in 2014.
• International Journal of Developmental Disabilities moves to an A4 format, and is increasing from 3 to 4 issues in 2014.
• Ironmaking & Steelmaking is increasing from 8 to 10 issues in 2014.
• Journal of Bryology will be printed in colour throughout in 2014.
• Materials Science and Technology is introducing three additional specially commissioned online themed issues in 2014, bringing the total of issues up to 15!
• Materials Technology will include four additional specially commissioned online issues in 2014 on biomaterials and functional materials.
• Oxford German Studies is increasing from 3 to 4 issues in 2014.
• Post Medieval Archaeology is increasing from 2 to 3 issues in 2014, and will be published in full colour with a 46-year archive back to volume 1.
• Practical Theology is increasing from 3 to 4 issues.
• Psychiatrist Bulletin will be open access from 2014
• Midcontinental Journal of Archaeology increases from 2 to 3 issues in 2014 and will include a 10 year archive.
• Neurological Research is increasing from 10 to 12 issues in 2014.
• New Journal of Botany will be published in colour from 2014.
• Reformation is increasing from 1 to 2 issues in 2014.
• Studies in Conservation increases from 4 to 6 issues in 2014, with an archive available back to volume 1.
• Surface Engineering increases from 10 to 12 issues in 2014.
• Vernacular Architecture will increase pagination for 2014.
• War & Society increases from 3 to 4 issues in 2014.
