I warned Emir when preparing the SHA-2 test to not to take into account the obsolete entries, so in principle, obsolete entries should be dismissed by this test. In any case itīs better to double check with him for confirmation.
By the way, the obsolete entries bug affect all BDIIs, resource, site and top, not only site BDIIs as you have mentioned. This is all explained in:
