Dear FSL Experts,
I have tried running bedpostx using the following command, per Matt Glasser's recommendation (as this seems to have worked at WashU):
/usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx /Volumes/drobo2a/Studies/Connectome/subjects/103414/hcp/103414/Diffusion/. -n 3 --rician -model 2 -g
subjectdir is /Volumes/drobo2a/Studies/Connectome/subjects/103414/hcp/103414/Diffusion
Making bedpostx directory structure
Queuing preprocessing stages
Queuing parallel processing stage
0 slices processed
Queuing post processing stage
After the the 2nd Queuing message the script just dies and does not continue.
The Diffusion directory indeed has the grad_dev.nii.gz file.
Of note, we ran a similar command on our HCP-style DWI data at Yale that does not have the associated grad_dev.nii.gz file. This runs perfectly fine.
I would sincerely appreciate feedback regarding what may be going wrong.
Thank you.
Best,
Alan
