dear FSL guys,
Even though it goes without saying, thanks a lot for your software. It's super great!
I would like to ask a small question. I performed a metaICA according to the methods of Biswal et al 2010 PNAS, since I have a similar situation (lots of scans from different sites, and very different N for different sites).
However, this means that I cannot immediately see the power spectrum (PS) for a give component estimated by the metaICA. What would be a viable method?
At first I thought, for each IC, to calculate the PS for every subject's time course, as estimated by the stage one of dual regression, and then to look at the average PS. However, I suspect it's not the best that can be done. Do you think it would make sense to calculate the eigen time course of all subject's dr_stage1 (again for each IC), and then calculate the PS of the resulting eigen time course? If not could you suggest me an alternative?
Thank you very much in advance for your answer.
all the best,
leonardo
