Yes, thanks. As it's practically impossible to update the UIs and CE/SEs
with the new VOMS server records simultaneously, it's better to update the
CE/SEs first, then later update the UIs (else a UI could make proxies
from the new Voms Servers which would fail if they landed on a CE/SE that
has not been updated yet). Maybe that should work, I think.

So it's an intermediate "patch" while the update is being coordinated,
then a permanent change to the voms records in Approved VOs. That's how we
should regard it for now.

Yes. But it's a moderately difficult coordination task to make it work.
It would be right to use the gridpp wiki to describe the reason behind plan, publish
the patched records, the milestones, the time-lines and the
responsibilities of each site. That way, we can keep the whole community in
the loop. Kashif suggested:

Yes - I suggest to use a dedicated wiki page, near Approved VOs,
that explains and co-ordinates the plan as it proceeds. It might not be the
last time we do this. Do you want me to make one? Or are you
(Chris, Kashif, ...) happy to manage that side of it?
Cheers,
Steve
