Hey SPMers,
While trying to create a new template using NIH's 8-12 year old population, I experienced this error message:
Running job #2

I used 244 files for each of the estimate regression parameters that were preprocessed using standard estimate and write methods. I got 6 rpfiles, which represent GM,WM,CSF,BKG1,BKG2, and BKG3. I also included the original files in the T1 images column. I have tried using these files as they are rpxdeface, while also trying to smooth them producing a srpx file because when I first estimated the regression parameters the images came out looking funky. I thought then that if I smooth them they will output something more comparable to the TPM.nii file that is the default for SPM.
I have never seen this error message before, but it has come up for things such as DICOM conversion, normailization, and analyzing EEG data. I was hoping someone could help me out here because I have tried to troubleshoot it using any methods I can think of and haven't had any luck yet. Any advice is much appreciated,
Best,
