Thorough create, update and delete operations for a
VO at a T2 is a surprisingly expensive (and risky!) operation.
So I far prefer to leave a moribund VO in situ until I need to
reuse its UID/GID space for a new VO.
What do you reckon is the best thing to do? Why should I go to the
trouble of "recycling" some VO when I can just leave it be?
