Hey everyone,
I would need some help on a theoretical question about building families in DCM.
I build two model spaces with the same ROIs (each model space consists of 9 models, so 18 models total). The only difference between those two spaces is that one time region A is in the centre and one time region B (A and B are included in both model spaces) (e.g.: modelspace1: A-B-C; modelspace2: A-C-B). The modelspaces are the same (same input and same modulatory effects). Only region A and B change position. So I was wondering if I could make a family for the first model space, and a second family for the second model space and compare them to see, which one is better. Is it better to have region A in the centre or region B.
Is it legitimate to do this?
Any help is highly appreciated.
Best,
Carmen
