Hi.
The issue you may be running into is that ssh will trigger a race
condition against freeradius 3.0 pre-releases in some cases and will
crash the freeradius server.
If /etc/init.d/freeradius start fixes your problem for one more test,
then I suspect I understand what's going on.
It's a bug in the Freeradius TLS code.
Alan has produced a fix, and we're in the process of qualifying a
version with this fix in it. The delay is confirming that the trust
router changes work.
We'll hope to have a new version of freeradius out next week.
Meanwhile, you can reconfigure /etc/radsec.conf to use UDP.
Change type = TLS to type = UDP
Change service to 1812
and change secret to "testing123"
