There is the facility to post documents onto the list web site. When you log in there is an area on the right of the screen for files.
These are uploaded through a tool under List Management - top right of screen. This can only be done by list owners - check top left of screen you will be logged in as your email address followed by (Owner)
If you want to post a paper or other document onto the list and you are not an owner, you will see a facility on the left hand side of the screen to email owners. I suggest you send the document to one of them and they will up load it for you.
BEFORE we start up-loading there is a facility to build a directory structure which I think would be a good idea. Lets get some order into this space before we post not after.
My recomendation would be to keep it simple. The documents will be related to the diversity of thought on mindfulness so why not just title each folder simply. So if a paper is about mindfulness and virtue lets have a folder titled virtue and so on?
As an owner up-loads a document if there is folder in place that fits the contents post it into that folder if not then add a folder?
