With the integration of mobile devices in our everyday life, mobile banking seems to be the next logical step in the evolution of the banking industry. However, mobile banking adoption is still relatively low. Why is this happening?
What is stopping customers from using mobile devices for conducting their banking transactions?
I am carrying out a survey for my MSc. Thesis Project in Cranfield University. We are exploring the factors that affect customer trust in the adoption of mobile banking services.
Please feel free to contribute to this research by answering the following survey: https://cranfielduniversity.eu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_2fOzQTyO3xY14rz
It will only take a few minutes.
