Hi Elveda,
You can scale your anatomical data to the same dimension as your z or t map using
Usage: flirt [options] -in <inputvol> -ref <refvol> -out <outputvol>
flirt [options] -in <inputvol> -ref <refvol> -omat <outputmatrix>
flirt [options] -in <inputvol> -ref <refvol> -applyxfm -init <matrix> -out <outputvol>
For example:
flirt -in anat -ref anat -applyxfm 4 -out anat_444
Thanks.
Yingying

Subject: [FSL] Overlay Feat Result on Fslview
Dear FSL Users,
I have done single-level analysis for neonatal data on FEAT. I want to overlay my results on structural data on Fslview, but the structural data doesn't have the same dimension with zstat or tstat. That's why I couldn't. Is anyone familiar with this situation or what can do instead?
Any help will be very much appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Elveda
